Reaching out to Kent was the absolute best decision on my family's house hunting journey. I originally reached out to Kent to search for any potential rentals in the Jackson area. He called me back in a timely manner. The next day, we changed our minds and decided we were hoping to purchase a home in Jackson, and we asked Kent if he could take us on as clients. We would be first time homeowners and Kent very clearly explained the entire process to us and made it very easy to understand. We started scheduling showings through Kent and he did an excellent job communicating and scheduling with us. When it came time to start submitting offers, he guided us to create offers that were both attractive to sellers as well as beneficial to our family. We had an accepted offer and again, Kent guided us the entire way and was very educational and knowledgeable as well. We experienced a hiccup after we moved into our new home, reached out to Kent, and he took care of the issue swiftly so we didn't need to worry about it any further. Kent did an amazing job the entire time working with him. Everything from him showing me homes and him listing mine. He made things go extremely smooth an answered any questions I had. I dreaded having to go through all the processes again and he made it so easy I would do it again in a heartbeat. Couldnt thank him enough, highly recommended!
