Kent is an excellent real estate agent who devoted a great deal of time taking me around until I found just the right house for me .I initially was just focused on Boca Raton. I was not quite certain if I wanted a house or a condo. He was patient and showed me both. As I became more interested in a house, I found that the houses in Boca Raton that were in my price range were too small for my taste. The ones that weren't too small were in those communities that have those Horrendous mandatory fees. So then I expanded our Search to Delray as well. He remained professional and pleasant and continued to assist me until I was satisfied with the house he found for me.
