I have had bad experiences with agents who will not do anything outside the norm. Kent is the exact opposite...there is no limit to what he will do to help his clients. He was the agent on our build of our condo and on our sales of it when we retired. In both efforts he went out of his way to help us buy and sell...including having a cleaning crew come in at his expense, when the builder didn't properly clean our new condo after construction.
