He also found another property for us within one week He then organized a "back to back" closing to ease the transition. When it has come to buying or selling my personal property - he's the only person I have, or will, use. Kent has now sold 2 homes and helped us buy 3 homes. I can truthfully say his listing and marketing for the sale of the Dunedin home was the best I've ever seen. This resulted in multiple competing, over asking offers, on the first weekend on market.
