Kent was a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and prepared to answer all of my questions (I had many, as a first time buyer). He has a great feel for the area, and his experience in inspections is a huge asset in identifying potentially troublesome elements early on. A forms or two throughout the process had to be revised due to very minor errors that I caught (always review everything before signing!), and he can be a bit talkative at times (not always a negative!). But he was able to accommodate viewings on short notice, negotiations were masterfully navigated, and he was available to help every step of the way.
