Kenny is honest and trustworthy and was responsive and communicative throughout the process. He took the time to answer our many questions and talk us through the different decision points (e.g., which places to make offers on, how much to offer, how to respond to counter-offers, weighing things that came up in inspection, waiving contingencies or not, etc.). He provided us with the information and context necessary for us to make informed decisions, without pushing us in any predetermined direction. Kenny advocated for us with the sellers agents and had our interests in mind. There were ways in which what we was important to us was different from what might have been most prioritized by the market more generally -- simultaneous proximity to South LA and to diverse food/grocery options, etc. Kenny attended to those factors, while also providing us with a picture of what would generally be valued by the market. Kenny is a person of character and integrity -- we are thankful and glad to have entrusted him with being part of our homebuying process.

Kenny was very easy to work with and patiently supported us through a 1.5 year house buying process in order to find the one! Whereas other agents could have gotten tired or frustrated, Kenny kept trying to make sure we got the place we wanted and didn't settle. He wasn't afraid to tell us when he didn't think a house was worth the price and he also always encouraged us to go see the next house even when we were tired. He was also extremely professional and diligent throughout the whole process. Communication was quick and easy.
