Kenny Silverman is the absolute best in the business. He went above and beyond any expectations I had when I sold my home. He used an excellent photographer to take pictures of my home, attended every showing, and made what would be a stressful situation into a smooth transaction. Any bumps along the way Kenny took care of without me having to ever ask him. If I ever needed him, no matter what time of day it was, he was available. He answers calls and texts quickly. I never had need to follow up with him because he would be the first to call. I never had to wait for answers to questions I may have had. I’ve had quite a few transactions with realtors where I felt like I was pulling teeth for answers to the simplest questions. I never experienced that with Kenny. I cannot say enough about him. He had a great photographer take professional photos of my home, he was at every listing appointment even if it went he was driving well over one hour away to be there.
