Kenny did an amazing job! We owned a home that we wanted to sell. However, we lived hundreds of miles away. We thought it would be a big problem to find someone that we trusted and also able to really hear what we wanted. It wasn't because we found Kenny. He was attentive, communicative, and had a wealth of knowledge. Further, he provided feedback based on his findings and advised us of market trends and his overall experience within the neighborhood. He worked tirelessly with us from start to finish. Since we hadn’t lived in our home for a few years he entered to assess its condition. He toured it meticulously ensuring he documented everything. He suggested things we should upgrade/change however always left the final decision to us. He was able to recommend contractors he worked with to help ease the process too. Since he knew what we wanted he was able to first hand work with the contractors. At the same time always communicating all the work being done and obtaining any approvals that needed attention prior to the work starting. As the work was being completed and showings were occurring he always kept us up to date on the status of the home.
