Kenny was very helpful and patient with us as we were first time home buyers. It was not an easy deal but Kenny stayed persistent on the buyers and negotiated what was fair for both parties but especially us. He answered every question we had, showed us numerous homes and took his time to really listen and understand our wish list items, needs and dislikes. I trusted his opinion and advice which ultimately lead us to the home and contract we were very pleased with. He went above and beyond at every corner and is the only realtor I will ever use.
