My Fiance and I recently purchased a home in the Kissimmee area. We were given Kenny's contact information from a co-worker who was also looking into purchasing a home. Kenny, may be hands down one of the best realtors I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Given the state of the market and how competitive it was he worked diligently to find homes that fit our criteria and budget. We looked at no less than a dozen homes and put offers in on at least three. It was a very long process, but Kenny was super positive the entire time, stayed focused, and really worked to get us the best possible home at the best possible house. He worked with our schedules which in of itself was a challenge. He was quick to respond to email, text and phone calls. He was able to setup showings for us with super short notice. After a long drawn out home search we finally found the house we ended up purchasing. It fit all of our criteria and price point. Kenny was able to have the contract drawn up quickly and was able to work with the seller to get us the best price on the home. He has great connections with home inspectors and other real estate companies, which made the process just that much easier. Kenny is a super friendly and personable agent. He gets to know you and understand what you are looking for in a home and only shows you what you want to see, he takes great pride in his work and doesn't rest until he has found the home for you.
