Kenny is one of the hardest workers that I know. Period. He has an excellent knowledge base, and communicates well to anyone new or seasoned in buying real estate. As I first time buyer, at times I felt anxious and overwhelmed by the process, but having Kenny allowed me to understand the current state of the market, to find properties I really want, to keep my offers competitive, and to land my first home in no time. Throughout escrow, Kenny walked me through the paperwork I was signing, and played hardball with the other parties: protecting me from being taken advantage of. Kenny knew a lot about the South Bay market where we wanted to buy. He spent the time to really get to know us and our desires and looked for homes that could fit that image.
