Kenny was great at guiding us through our home buying experience. His expertise in writing counter offers saved the day! We requested the sellers complete a few repairs prior to close. When the work was done poorly, it was Kenny’s wording in the signed agreement that saved the day and ensured the work got completed accurately and fully. Additionally, we have a situation where we are still working with the sellers after closing due to some unresolved issues. Kenny has been there every step of the way, even after closing, to make sure we are getting what we need. I would absolutely use him again.
