Kenny and Karla Davis

We had a wonderful experience working with The Davis Group. Karla was extremely knowledgeable about the market and kept us well informed on the sale of our home. Should we decide to sell / move again we will definitely be using Karla!

Ken was great to work with and would highly recommend. He really does put the homeowner first and is very knowledgeable about the local market and what homes are currently selling at. To top it all off, the amount you save on commissions based on their program is as straight forward as it can be. He does excellent work.

This was one of those too good to be true transactions that turned out to be very true. Ken works hard and for much less out of my pocket. My only regret is not finding this team on my previous home sales. Throw your money away because you think you owe them or call Ken and save a ton. The quality is no less if not way better. Happy homeowners here!

Ken and Karla were amazing! They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process smooth and easy. I trusted their judgement and felt assured that they were always acting in my best interests. They were always willing to offer advice with no pressure to follow the same. I really appreciated this and the way they carefully explained each part of the process, the contracts, offers etc and the details, pro and cons of each. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to sell a home. They were a delight to work with.
