Seriously, 5 stars is not enough! When my wife and I decided to move to South Carolina from Massachusetts we knew that it was going to be a journey that would test all our emotions and abilities. Our good friends referred us to Kennie Norris early on and we knew right from that point that Kennie was going to make this move much easier than we anticipated. It took us months to finally pull the trigger and move south, once we did we already had a great head start thanks to Kennie and once here in SC it was game on. It only took us two weekends to find our dream home. Per our request Kennie brought us back to the house twice before we made an offer. Kennie guided us through the whole negotiation process and we closed on the home within 15 days (record time) thanks to Kennie and our Mortgage team. Kennie was a rock star through it all and we’ll forever be grateful for her guidance and friendship. Yes, we didn’t just gain an excellent realtor, we also gained a great friend.
Kennie is a delightful person. It is evident that she cares about people. Before we relocated, she reserved her company's corporate apartment for my husband and me so that we wouldn't have to pay for a hotel while searching for a home. She sent us a guide book and other pertinent information about Greenville prior to our relocation, too. During showings, she was always on time and knowledgeable about the properties and the area. She would even entertain our youngest son so that we could concentrate on viewing each property that we saw (and we saw a lot). When the process became emotional for me, Kennie was calm and understanding. She helped me see the bigger picture and gave good advice throughout the search and during contract negotiation. My husband and I truly value the service she provided. We will certainly keep in touch with her and we will recommend her to anyone in need of a kind, patient, and knowledgeable real estate professional.
