Debbie showed us multiple houses over the course of 6 months or so and was extremely patient and understanding. She went far beyond the usual job of just trying to show and sell us a house. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ken in association with my purchase of a new home in Tucson. His assistance was invaluable for making sure all paperwork was handled in a timely manner and that the purchase would not be delayed because of something falling through the cracks. That was not going to happen: He was on top of everything, and I always knew that if he was supposed to be sending me documents for my review and signature I would have them in hand very fast. His professional and thoroughness were greatly appreciated by me, because I knew he was on top of everything needed to guarantee an on time closing with the least amount of stress possible for me the buyer. I am glad that he was part of the team that helped me acquire the home that I am now living in and very grateful for his services.

I was introduced to Ken and Debbie through a referral in Jan of 2021. I lived in WI and was trying to purchase a home in Tucson. Debbie and Ken were so helpful and caring. I “toured” more than 20 homes via FaceTime and real life feedback from them. Not knowing the area or what to expect they were honest and helpful. They assisted me with every aspect of the purchase in Marana. They provided referrals for work that was needed and checked on me daily through my purchase and often through my time at the home. 8 months later I decided to sell the home they helped me purchase (for a profit - thanks to an excellent location!!!) and they listed the home. Again they walked me through every step of the process and helped make my move to Phx smooth doing all they could to assist. Buying and selling through a pandemic have been interesting but there was never a rough patch or bumps in the road - and I accredit that to the knowledge, communication and assistance of Ken and Debbie. Highly, highly recommend. Would use them again and again and hope to stay in touch!
