Kenny Session is a United States Navy Veteran who grew up in
South Central Los Angeles and came to the Oakland Bay Area while serving on active duty stationed at NAS ALAMEDA and aboard the USS ENTERPRISE CVN 65. Kenny deployed to the Indian Ocean to protect United States interests in 1984.
When not out at sea Kenny enjoyed playing football and was the starting tailback for the NAS ALAMEDA HELLCATS where they claimed the Navy varsity championship in 1983 & 1985. Kenny is truly a team player both on the field and off the field, He plays hard to win!
Kenny has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California for the last 27 years. As the CEO of Session Real Estate, Inc he has expanded his services to now include Session Land Development, LLC as he sees the need for more affordable housing throughout the region of Northern California. Kenny has instilled the love of entrepreneurship in his children and is an active partner in Session Kustom Kreationz, LLC with his oldest daughter Kandis.

Kenny has produced & hosted his popular TV show
THE IN SESSION REAL ESTATE TV SHOW where he informed Bay Area residents of the current pulse of the real estate market (long before TicToc/Instagram and Facebook- live). Kenny's show aired Saturday mornings on SOULBEAT INTERNATIONAL TELEVISION NETWORK from 1997-2003 and you could be sure to catch him on the airwaves before Soul Train came on air Saturday mornings. He moved the show to KOFY TV CHANNEL 20 in (2015-2016).
Kenny's dedication to the community led him to be voted Soulbeat Man of the year in 2002.
The most important thing in Kenny's life is his Spiritual relationship with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is an Active Member of Acts Full Gospel COGIC for over 30 years.
Kenny enjoyed many years riding with "The East Bay Dragons MC" (2010- 2022) and decided to retire so that he could focus on rebuilding his legacy through his continued commitment to helping people.
Kenny is a single dad of 3, and grandfather to 3 awesome boys!
Kenny's most heroic accomplishment to date is he swam from Alcatraz Island to San Francisco Aquatic Park in 2015 assisted, and in 2016 unassisted.
