Miriam and Kenny Schneider provided over the top service starting with professional advice on the timing of the sale and the most cost effective upgrades and repairs that we should consider prior to sale. They advised on the current trends for paint colors, fixtures and hardware and also made recommendations for minimal but effective staging. They performed a detailed analysis of recent sales and estimated what sale price we might expect for our house with and without improvements. We pretty much went with all their recommendations.
