Very effective agent

While most people seem to hire their friends for realtors, I wanted to hire someone with demonstrated experience in selling a property for a good value in my neighborhood. Ken had recently sold a similar property at a good price a few blocks away. I had no prior relatioship with Ken. I found him to be very business-savvy, responsive, productive, and networked. We received several offers on my very unique property on the first weekend it was listed. We accepted an offer that was $35K over asking price.
