Ken was very knowledgeable; he laid out the plan and warned us first time buyer flaws. He was patience was encouraging for first time buyer confusions. He understands and works with the military veteran family.

As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better realtor. Ken was easy to talk to, explained things perfectly, and was incredibly patient. We had an EXTREMELY limited area we wanted to live in and Ken never made us feel like we were too picky. He was never pushy even when advising that we make some adjustments in what we wanted and to expand our search area. He was always respectful of our decisions on how much or little we were willing to compromise. He was also great with our child who came to every house and had their own set of likes and dislikes!
