Working with Kenneth was a pleasant experience. He was respectful and quick to act if anything needed to be done or amended. The only issue that I had was the lack of communication from Kenneth's team. If I didn't have previous experience in the industry, I would have had no idea about things like connecting utilities. Given that there was no checklist or reminders for move in information, some new buyers may have been left in the dark important details. Just a small detail, but something I believe is important.

Kenneth made the experience much gentler than we were afraid it may become, his timeliness and expediency helped get us into viewings in a hotter market than we ever expected to be in. He expertly handled our changing goals as we started out looking to move into a single family home a little ways away from the city (providing multiple quality and informative viewings) and eventually settled on condo living in the city proper (again, providing multiple viewings that really helped us gauge the market and refine our desires). Ultimately, his expediency was greatly appreciated as we were able to jump on a recent listing to successfully find our new home.
