Kenneth was great to work with from the beginning. He has a lot of experience in the business and was very knowledgeable. We had not been involved in home selling for almost three decades and he explained the processes thoroughly. Kenneth would answer texts/emails in a timely manner. He was very quick with follow-through on things that he told us he would do. We would definitely use Kenny again in the future.
I would have to say one of the best parts of this experience is the fact that any questions or worries i has were dealt with quickly and it seems as though Kenneth has a connection to someone in every industry to help if something becomes an issue. He has flooring people he has hvac people he has electrical, painting, deck repair, fence repair, etc to the point I felt comfortable to just say, " whatever the house needs im sure he knows someone that will help at a very reasonable rate at that."

Kenny was great throughout the entire process. He was available after hours and on weekends when we had questions. This was especially helpful when repairs were unexpectantly needed and the repairmen I had previously worked were too busy to get to my house for weeks. Kenny found licensed professional contractors to get to my house right away and complete the jobs in days. With his knowledge of the market we listed it well above what I had planned and ended up getting 25K above asking price. He took care of everything including getting professional photos of the property and setting us up for a quick sale well above asking price. I'd gladly use him again without hesitation his advice was excellent throughout the process.
