Ken goes beyond what anyone can or would expect from a real estate agent. He is attentive, straightforward and diligent. To give you an idea of what I mean, he personally mowed our lawn because the pictures for the listing took place two days before our lawn service was scheduled and he wanted everything to look perfect. Ken was an all around great realtor. He always made himself available to us whenever we needed him. He knew the market and what was available in our price range. He was knowledgeable on the market in the area we were looking and also always came prepared. He gave us breakdowns of similar properties sold and listed in the area so we were able to see how the property we were looking at compared to similar properties.
