Kennedy is a terrific, hard working realtor who knows what she's doing. This was the first time we were selling a home and she made everything so easy. We listed our home on a Thursday and that Sunday she was doing an Open House. She did another Open House the following Sunday and we had three offers within two weeks. She handled all of the nit picky fixes the buyers were requesting and found professional, reliable contractors to handle those requests without costing us a fortune. She oversaw everything and would communicate with us, so we knew where we were in the process every step of the way. If you are selling your home, you must hire Kennedy as your realtor.
