Kenji helped us buy our new home this year! He recommended multiple lenders for us to shop in order to get the best rate and loan costs possible. He set up a ton of searches for us and took us to view many homes. Kenji is good at pointing out the ups and downs of each house. He is never pushy and only tries to give us the facts. After we did find our home, Kenji negotiated twice for us. Once when we put in an offer and again when he negotiated needed repairs. He is not afraid to ask for what is right! The home we found was super worth the wait! 5 stars.
