We overall enjoyed working with Kenita! She did not make you feel like you had to rush into any house. It was helpful that she was pretty familiar with the NACA process! She was always flexible and ready to see any of the house we wanted to see. She was pretty prompt in her communication with us! We felt she could have done better with her communication with us and walking us through the settlement process. Unfortunately, she went on a pre-planned vacation after our offer was accepted. She did communicate with us as much as she could even while on vacation, but it would have been helpful to have more step by step coaching during that time because we did not know what to expect. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Kenita! We saw a total of about 6 homes with her and made a total of three offers and our third one was accepted! We are very pleased with our home and extremely grateful!
Kenita gave us the best possible home buying experience. She was available whenever I needed and always was available to discuss any thoughts and concerns I had. She really puts you first to make sure you get the home you are really searching for. If I could give additional stars I would.
