This was my first home buying experience, Kenia was "EXCEPTIONAL" in every way imaginable. Always had all the documents I needed ready to sign at my fingertips or better said at my keyboard lol. Anything I needed she was just a text or call away at any hour of the day or night. I really think she doesn't sleep lol, even at 12 a.m. she was available for all my concerns and for any documents I needed. She is "EXTRAORDINARY" in how committed she is to her work. We were at a showing for a home with this crazy long line waiting to enter, and of course Miami weather is so horrible, it starts raining, she did not move an inch from that line to insure that we did not lose our spot to enter the home. She is a solider at heart and her mission is clear, to get the job done rain or shine. Kenia would call all the agents and get scheduled times to visit homes and of course she was relentless, doesn't quit and she will find you your home. Finally, she is "EXCELLENT" in how professional and sympathetic she is to anyone's situation. Tremendous patience for her work and of course a strong will to ensure all my needs were met. Buying a home is difficult, especially in today's market, even finding home to look at is difficult, but Kenia did not quit, she kept her promise to find me a home and now I finally have my first home. Thank you Kenia for everything you did and helping in find my first home.
