Kenesha was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I met Kenesha through her teammate Neil who was also great. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like what is a GF Number that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward.
