We couldn’t say enough or give enough stars to Kendra Vincent. Our transaction was unusual in that we had moved out of state and Kendra was unbelievable in what she was able to coordinate for us. In our absence, she lined up painters and handymen and cleaners and absolutely everything that needed to get done in order to ready our house for sale. We were able to coordinate the entire transaction remotely and it went seamlessly. And the house sold in a matter of days for over asking! It couldn’t have been any smoother or easier for us. Kendra has such a kind and genuine way of interacting with everyone and she is just an amazing person in addition to be a fantastic realtor. We highly recommend her to everyone who needs an agent wether you’re buying or selling.
