We worked with Kendra two years ago to buy a home, and just finished the process of selling with her. She was just as great the second time around! Kendra kept us well informed on the market, thoroughly set our expectations, and talked through so many options and scenarios that could play out in a fast moving and unique market. She advised us what the best options were without being pushy, but would have been on board with whatever we decided. We really appreciate Kendra’s straight forward and honest approach. Other realtors seem to ridiculously under price homes in order to fuel outrageous bidding wars. Kendra gave us a clear range of what she thought our house would go for, and we priced it within that. We got one, great offer. We felt good knowing that the new owners genuinely liked the house and weren’t getting caught up in any underpriced chaos. We moved shortly after going into contract, and Kendra took care of any on site needs. She was attentive and always available through phone, text, or email. Working with her remotely was a breeze! Overall, we highly recommend Kendra for buying and selling! We’re so grateful that our time in New Mexico was bookended by working with her.

This gal is impressive! She pays exacting attention to detail and is on top of all aspects of the promotion, offer evaluation and, transactional aspects of the sales process. I have never known a more professional real estate person and I am convinced she will prove to be on top for as long as she continues in this career. If I ever need to sell another property I hope Kendra will be available to be the real estate professional to handle the promotion and sale.
