There were a lot of roadblocks and hurdles to jump between loan holdups and pushing our closing date. We were homeless for a week living out of a hotel and our rented truck. Kendra really did her best to help us out and be involved every step of the way and in many ways. We thank her for the great service she provided us. Now that we are settled in those hassles are all in our past but Kendra is still our friend and we will call on her in the future for her realty expertise.

Our primary reasons for choosing Kendra were based on her knowledge of the area and proximity to the property we were selling and area we were buying into based on information she provided during our interview with her. We feel that overall Kendra had our best interests at the forefront and wanted to ensure we got the best deals possible whether on the sale of our property or purchase of our forever condo.
