Kendra was our agent for selling our house. Our daughter had used her for buying and selling her house a few years ago and highly recommended her. When we met with her she she presented herself professionally, knowledgeable and came prepared with local comps and information about our house so we could discuss the pros and cons of our house to decide on how much we should list it for. We did interview another agent but really liked Kendra so we chose her. She has experience to know how to advertise (professional photos, drone shots, etc.) and show the house for what buyers are looking for. For our house it was "coming soon" on Sunday, showings that Thursday and Friday, open house on Saturday and Sunday with all offers in by Sunday by 5:00pm. We met to review the offers at 6:00pm and was in contract that evening. We closed 30 days later. Communication with her was great, she was responsive to any questions we had and kept us informed during the whole process. Even though we knew she had several other listings and other things going on we never felt that she didn't have time for us. It helps a lot that she has a team so she can provide more one-on-one time to her clients. One very important thing to us was her honesty and integrity. We never felt that she would miss lead us our do anything unethical. We never felt rushed, pressured or doubted her advice or recommendations. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend Kendra.
