I've always been passionate about real estate. In fact, after years of being an interior designer and home stager I decided to immerse myself even further into the industry and become a licensed REALTOR. Because, I believe you can have it all. Beauty, function and affordability. I am the buyer's agent who can see a diamond in the rough. Then I use my design abilities and latest tools to show my clients the potential of properties. I am also the seller's agent who helps to minimize the negatives and accentuate the positive attributes of your listing property. I then use my experience in 3D Design and home staging to prepare the property before it hits the market, ensuring my sellers get top dollar for their home. Upon receiving my real estate license, I joined UTAHS HOME TEAM, which is one of the top producing real estate teams in Utah. Joan and RP Pok have a combined 52 years of real estate experience that I am fortunate to have direct access to on a daily basis. I am also Joint Partners with RP Pok in Signature RBD (Real, Build, Design).
