Kendra guided me through the entire process. She was available on short notice to show me available properties and was always very flexible. She gave me updates and answered questions right away. She made the process very easy and took a lot of stress out of home buying. She explained everything to me and was knowledgeable about each step of it all.
Kendra knows what she is doing. She communicated with us very well. Kendra even made sure the wood floors stayed nice and shiny for viewing. We could not have been more pleased with anyone else. Kendra is experienced, professional, and goes above and beyond. We moved from out of state, and the transition was very difficult. However, Kendra's help and knowing the in and outs, as well as a good lender etc., has made our family's move much easier than it would have been! She was helpful months before we moved and were ready to buy, answering a LOT of questions. Kendra is quick to respond and inform, and she was not at all pushy to get us to pick something that cost more than we wanted to spend, though we could have. We are not first time home buyers.
