Great experience for our home sale!
From beginning to end, Kendra guided us through the sale of our home. She worked with her team to set a competitive price. Explained the timing of the listing. Gave good insight into what we should do to help make our home the most appealing to prospective buyers. Presented the offers (and there were many!) to us in an organized way so that we understood the pros and cons of each. Kept us updated regarding the completion of each step leading up to closing. And was there at the signing table to assure all ran smoothly. She was always available for any questions or concerns. Our property sold for well above our expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property!
