Imagine that you’ve finally signed on the dotted line to move across the country… in about 8 weeks. Your house is a mess. It’s not updated. You have a boatload of work to do at your job between now and then, and you don’t have time to deal with any of this. You need to sell your house to buy something to move in to, and you just want to scream. Call Kendra. Just do it. She came over to my house the very next day (in its messy disaster state) and told me exactly what I had to do to get it ready. We came up with a game plan and a timeline together so that I’d be able to get the most money I could for my house, and close in plenty of time to buy something else before moving. About a week later, she came over again. She said it was to go over the contract, but it was really to check up on my progress. Cause that’s the kind of organized person she is. We went over the contract line by line in lay person English. A couple of days before the house went on the market, Kendra noticed that the prices in my area had moved up. She suggested we increase the asking price. I’m going to be honest— I thought she was nuts. But we did it anyway. And let me tell you, dear reader, the house went for 20k over the new asking price. Escrow was so so smooth and easy. Kendra never let me forget to do anything, and answered all of my questions. By the way, she’ll answer at all hours of the day or night. (I assume she does sleep, though I don’t have evidence of it.) When we closed, she came over to congratulate me in person. She legitimately just cares that much about her clients. So, in summary, if you want someone who is going to save your rear end on a last minute sale, who is going to make sure you stay on track, who is going to make you BANK, who knows the answers to all problems, who is ULTRA responsive, and who is also an amazing human being, call Kendra. I promise that you won’t regret it.
