I worked with Kendall on my homebuying experience. He was the second realtor I worked with. I can admit I am a difficult individual and not easy to work with. I told him this upfront and he assured me that he was up to the challenge. I was hesitant to work with him because he is a male and I've found male realtors to be lazy and sloppily dressed. Kendall was always dressed like he took his job seriously and was always very professional. I am at a fairly low price point but was adamant that I did not want a condo or HOA fee with my home.I wanted a single family home. I told him that I know we are looking for a needle in haystack but I am not giving up on my dream. We looked at a few properties and once he understood what I wanted the possibilities opened up a bit more. I am new to the DMV and am not that knowledgeable on the different areas but I had narrowed it down to a specific area and Kendall made sure to stick in that area but spoke with me about expanding and seeing some other areas. I agreed and we found a home that we both felt would fit all my criteria. He submitted an offer and we did have a few hurdles to jump in the process but I felt he always had my best interest and was giving me sound advice. I wanted to have a few items in the house worked on and being a single female with no family out this way, Kendall made sure to meet with contractors to get quotes and gauge whether they would be a good fit. Of course the final decision was up to me but I was grateful that he was willing to take that extra step. I closed on my home and have had an enjoyable time in the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. It's unfortunately very rare to find people who conduct themselves professionally and are diligent at their jobs but Kendall surpassed my expectations!
