I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me in my sale of 365 Marsh Place. Kendall was always there when I needed her for everything. We had an interesting buyer but somehow with Kendalls experience and expertise she was able to make it a good experience for me. She went over the call of her duties to get a document signed to release an old land contract by going to their home after hours and got notorary from her office to get accompany her in order to make this closing possible! Almost unbelievable! If I ever have Any other real estate needs she and Garden City Realty will the only one I would consider. I will tell my business partners about this awesome experience as well.
