Kendal is skilled in matching buyers with their ideal neighborhood and property, and helping homeowners sell their house for the most money and minimize the days on the market. Her market knowledge, excellent communication skills, tough negotiating, and organized approach help ease her clients through what can be a stressful time in their lives.
Kendal’s clients benefit from her deep understanding of the numerous Metro Atlanta neighborhood areas. A true Atlanta native, she is a Pope High School alumna and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of West Georgia Honors Program, where she also served as the Treasurer for several years of Chi Omega sorority. Meeting her husband Rob while living in Buckhead, they soon settled together making a home in Roswell and then landing in Alpharetta where they currently reside with their two girls and two English bulldogs. After a 16 year background of working on the legal side of real estate as the right hand lady to closing attorney’s and selling real estate part time, Kendal decided to full time pursue her dream of serving others as a trusted, lifelong real estate advisor. Kendal takes great pride in providing a superior level of customer service and considers all her previous clients to be among her many friends. She attributes her success to striving to exceed her client's expectations before, during and after each transaction and believes that there is nothing more rewarding than a referral from a happy client.
Outside of helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, Kendal is actively involved in the community as well giving her time through The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and staying involved with other charitable causes. She enjoys spending free time with her husband and kids working on home improvement projects, working out and traveling to their homes at Lake Lanier in Gainesville and in Mexico Beach.
