Made an appointment with the listing agent to see a small home in Washougal. After touring the home he asked us if we liked the home. We said yes. Ken then asked us if we wanted to make an offer. He is the first agent we have ever had ask us that. We bought the home and two years later we listed it with him. He gave us a to do list to get it ready to market. Sold in two weeks. We bought Patty's parents home in Milwaukie direct so we did not use any agent. Two years later my company sent us to South Carolina. this year they sent us back to the Portland area and we decided to buy in Vancouver. Ken was our first choice. He found listings in the price range and features we wanted. Now we are in our retirement home fixing it up the way we want it. I have recommended Ken to two co-workers and he has done a great job for them as well.
