Ken Roberts Jr, Jr

Ken Roberts recently sold my mom's house in Florida after she moved to an out-of-state care facility near me. Our being so far away meant that he took on many extra responsibilities and went way above and beyond the usual role of real estate agent for us. He helped us get the property ready to sell, which included figuring out what work needed to be done, as well as arranging and overseeing it both inside the house and in the yard and pool. He kept me informed throughout the process, and he also helped us out as far as finding good homes for a lot of my mom's things that no one in the family wanted. He made deliveries to the women's shelter, the animal shelter, and other charities, and he was always willing to roll up his sleeves and do whatever needed to be done. He was always pleasant and cheerful, and a delight to work with. I really can't say enough good things about him and the wonderful help he provided us, and I give him the highest possible recommendation. Thank you, Ken!

Ken is a great agent, in that he is extremely knowledgeable, a great negotiator and the perfect person to have on your side during any real estate transaction. I wouldn't use anyone else!
