I have had the pleasure of working with Ken. Both for the purchase of my home years back and in recent, the sale of the home. For anyone reading this review, you’re missing out if you don’t go with Ken. He had my best interest at heart every step of the way. His knowledge is impeccable and it’s backed by years of experience. This guy was fixing homes for many years well before he was a realtor and he has resources to boot to get any job done. Ken, I can’t thank you enough for taking care of me, my brother, and my brother in law over the years along with a many number of my old co-workers. To the potential future client working with Ken. This will be one of the best decisions you make in your life going with this guy.

I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my real estate transaction with Ken! I had interviewed other realtors to list this property and found Ken to be most responsive to my particular needs. This included accompanying me to the County Planning division to hammer out with a planner information needed to satisfy any buyer's questions about building requirements. Ken was able to quickly research and provide documentation for comparable properties to set sale price, negotiate with buyers, and close the sale, keeping in constant communication with me about progress along the way and providing document copies both electronically and paper copies when I needed them.
