Ken is very professional and I highly recommend him.

We recently bought a house with Ken as our realtor. We were in no hurry, just waiting on our perfect house come into the market. Ken was great. He continually sent everything he could find but did not pressure us at all. When he did bring us the perfect house, he stayed with us every step of the way, explaining and holding our hand when necessary! He was a fantastic realtor!

Ken was awesome from the start. We were nervous about our purchase due to buying a home in Port Charlotte while living in another state. We came down in May 2020 and he gave us a feel for the area and the market, touring 6 homes. Once he got a feel for our taste and price range, he sent us numerous listings, and we ended up coming down to Florida 2 more times in August for long weekends and searched more. We found our dream Florida home and closed in October. Ken knew exactly our taste for recreation, what type of proximity we wanted to certain ammenities, and we didn't waste time with homes that weren't our style, considering the amount of time we had to shop. He has also assisted other family members of ours. This guy is top shelf!
