Ken helped me buying my house in early 2020 and due to a work relocation, sell my house just 2 years after the purchase. I was a first time homebuyer, now I was a first time home seller. Ken was extremely professional during the entire process - when my husband and I first contacted him we were not even sure if/when we would move, but he came to our house and explained to us how the market was looking and how we should expect the process to be. We ended up listing weeks before planned, and he prepared everything in literally hours with very short notice.
