My sister and I recently had to move our elderly mom from Orlando up to where we live in Atlanta and then it was up to us to sell her condo located in Winter Park ( hopefully without us having to travel back and forth more than necessary..) After researching the sales to listings ratios on Zillow - I saw that Ken had the highest "batting average " ; meaning there were other agents with more sales, but they also has a lot of items currently for sale. Ken was selling all of his listings within a very short time period and that impressed us. We wanted to sell our mom's condo quickly and get the best price for it, so we opted to go with someone who quickly sells his properties and who would be able to devote his energies to us and Ken did not disappoint! When he showed up for the initial meeting, he had all the research done (and printed out for us) that we needed to put Mom's condo on the market and his selling price was more than we expected to get, (but it was totally in line with the market demand) . Ken's communication and problem-solving skills were excellent; any time a potential problem arose, he quickly dealt with it, and all with a friendly and cheerful demeanor. If you need to a top-notch realtor who will respond to your needs and get the job done the right way in the shortest amount of time, I highly recommend Ken Meyer. in fact, I was so impressed by him that I am looking into become a realtor myself!

Ken is an excellent real estate agent. He's very responsive, and provided useful information on the houses, areas, and buying process. He helped us find a perfect house, and negotiated a very good price despite offers from several other buyers. Can't recommend him enough.

Very professional even when I had a postpartum freak out and snapped at him. Knows exactly how to deal with a moody post pregnancy woman with grace and skill. Got our house sold quickly and kept the process efficient even when we had to close from halfway across the country. Also took the time to have good photographs taken which helped our house sell quickly and was always very accommodating to our schedule with everything that needed to be done. If I ever move back to Orlando I will be stopping by his office first for help with buying a home and would most definitely sell with him again.

Whenever a new listing came up Ken was in contact with us with info about the property. The house that we ultimately bought is beautiful and we got it for a great price with Ken’s knowledge of the market. Since, we got such a great deal my family is now in the position to possibly move into a larger house. Ken is truly a great Real Estate agent.

Ken was very patient and responsive to our many inquiries in our house search. If you are looking to someone with alot of knowledge and someone that answers their phones and calls you back right away, Ken is your man. We bought this rundown Winter Park properties owned by a Bank. With alot of patience we negotiated hard and got a great price for this property. Just recently we looked at another property, in Winter Park, I was sure the house would go for alot more than the seller wanted, and decided not to go through, but Ken was right all along, I should have made the offer, sorry Ken, will do it again soon. He was great help for our first time home buying process. Quick response time, having a digital signature tool (to make an offer), honest suggestions makes him a great realtor.<br/><br/>He was patience with us (and we were not easy clients I think). Answered all of our rookie home buyer questions. Also we got better responses about mortgage process from Ken than our mortgage company.<br/><br/>When we found "the one" he walked through with us on each step; inspection, closing, final walkthrough, etc.<br/><br/>I highly recommend him to anybody who needs a realtor and definitely we will work with him again for our next dream home.

I would like to say that Ken was able to do the impossible. He helped me through a difficult time in finding and purchasing my home.
