Kenneth Lemberger was recommended by a coworker and after my experience, I'm glad he was. Ken is very fast paced, and I don't think I ever saw him slow down during the entire course of our engagement. He was very timely with any txt questions that I had and would promptly call me if the answer could not be properly conveyed in a simple txt. He had a great local knowledge of the area I was looking to buy in and we must have looked at 40 homes all said and done throughout the Chicagoland area. He was very professional during every walk through and listed pros/cons, upkeep, taxes, and schools of each home we saw. I would recommend Kenneth Lemberger to anyone looking to buy in the Chicagoland area.
