Ken, thank you for all your help selling a property that was in the middle of an environment clean up. You went above and beyond explaining the clean up process to me and potential buyers. I truly believe you were the only real estate agent that could sell the property. You kept us all informed about the environmental clean up progress and were the main point of contact for myself, buyers, the city of Cloverdale, and the county.
