At the onset, he visited our property and did a preliminary review of the best and bad features of our house. Then he recommended several contractors who suggested fixes based on our review of the house with Ken. Then he explained the advantage of the strategy of having other realtors list our house to maximize the number of prospective buyers. This work because on the first two days of listing our house on the market, we got TEN offers immediately. With Ken's help. we were able to select the best, the second best, and the third best offers. We believe, this is the most crucial part of his job, because we would not have an idea of who has the best offer and which buyer will succeed in securing their loan. The escrow process went very smoothly because Ken guided us in all the documents to be reviewed and signed until escrow closes and we got the funds for the sale of the house. The 6% charge for his services, that we all agreed, is well worth it. Furthermore, Ken even helped in getting all our excess furnitures, appliances, kitchen, etc. donated to needy people or simply trashed.
