Ken is not only a very knowledgable and hard working agent, he is a wonderfully honest and kind man. We moved to the Sacramento area from Virginia and he rearranged his vacation to accommodate our house hunting trip. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful in understanding the differences in utilities, commutes, schools and amenities. Ken made us feel like we were part of his family. Ken was very patient and diligent in helping us navigate the competitive market. We had a very narrow search due to the specific location and type of home we were looking for and Ken was diligent in bringing us new listings as soon as they hit the market. Ken stuck with us until we found our dream home and we could not be more grateful.
