Very helpful and attentive. Knows what to look out for and points out the good and the bad. Whether is roofing, windows, etc. Gets to know your likes and helps point those out. Knows the area very well. I would recommend to anyone.

Ken Durrant is a wonderful agent,he put his all into working out the best deal for you, when he says he works for you, he means just that, I have purchased two homes thru him and I hope to purchase two or three more, I will never use another agent as long as I'm purchasing homes, a five star rating isn't, he deserves five times that and I will recommend any and everyone to use him.
