Like most people, I wanted to get the best price for my home. This was my first rodeo, and I needed guidance to attain the best possible outcome. Ken was extremely patient with me, kind, considerate, professional and knowledgeable. He always texts/calls back and answers questions. He’s honest and reliable. I was in great hands! He cares about people. He goes above and beyond to get the best results for the seller. I would highly recommend him to everyone, and I would definitely use his services again. I’m so happy with the way everything turned out for me, and I don’t believe it would have happened if not for Ken Demirs…by the way, no relation.

Ken knows what he’s doing. He’s very insightful. He knows how to push a deal to the limit so you can get as much as possible. He is also the hardest working realtor in the Watertown area and will respond back at all hours. When it comes to real estate, you want Ken on your side.

Ken was great to work with, he has the skills it takes to move your property fast which was very important for me. Ken after walking through my property made some suggestions and also listened to my angle and we had my property under contract after a few weeks. Ken got us 20% over comparable homes in the neighborhood. His professionalism is unmatched.

I've worked with Ken for a decade now and have always found him to be a real professional. He found me a great tenant when I first needed his services and after deciding to sell my property, he took the process from beginning to end as smoothly as anyone could expect.
